I am a licensed dental hygienist, a certified Martha Beck Life Coach, educator, health advocate, a passionate enthusiast of animals, cuisine, enjoyment, and happiness.

As a devoted dental hygienist, I’ve had the privilege of serving patients for over 3 decades. With this background of fostering strong patient relationships, I am excited to bring my skills and experience to the realm of life coaching.

As a firm believer in holistic well-being, I am dedicated to helping my clients not only achieve that healthy smile, but now also partner to help one navigate life’s challenges, set meaningful goals, and cultivate a fulfilling and balanced lifestyle.

I have completed training under one of the most well-known life coaches in the world-Martha Beck’s Wayfinder Life Coach Training. Martha Beck is also known for being Oprah Winfrey’s life coach. I am also a member of the International Coaching Federation and remain committed to lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.

I am passionate about inspiring individuals to reach their full potential and create a life they love. With a compassionate and supportive approach, I work collaboratively with my clients to identify their goals, clarify their values, and develop personalized action plans to achieve true success. I believe that true transformation comes from nurturing the body, mind, heart, and soul.
